A trauma-focused clinician dedicated to helping individuals heal from adversity, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful lives after trauma. Hina Fatima combines trauma-focused therapy, neuroscience, Polyvagal-informed care, and clinical innovation to help individuals navigate PTSD, anxiety, grief, emotional dysregulation, and complex mental health challenges. Her work spans direct clinical care, mental health advocacy, and the development of technology-driven solutions aimed at improving patient safety and emotional well-being.
Hina currently provides outpatient psychotherapy at Brightlight Oasis Psychiatry & Counseling, where she works extensively with military veterans and individuals facing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and high-acuity mental health concerns. She specializes in working with military veterans, trauma survivors, and individuals experiencing PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and complex life transitions.
