Founded 2019
Hope Revival
A mental health initiative dedicated to trauma recovery, emotional healing, psychoeducation, community outreach, and innovation in mental health support.
Our Story
The Story of Hope Revival
Hope Revival began in 2019 in Saudi Arabia following the suicide of a well-known beauty blogger whose death highlighted the urgent need for accessible mental health support and open conversations around emotional well-being.
At the time, Hina Fatima was completing advanced training in Clinical Psychology and launched Hope Revival as a free mental health awareness and support initiative dedicated to creating safe spaces for individuals struggling in silence.
What started as a grassroots effort grew into an international mental health community, including a private support network for women that expanded to more than 8,000 members. Through community engagement, psychoeducation, webinars, media appearances, digital outreach, and advocacy, Hope Revival became a platform focused on emotional healing, resilience, and mental health awareness.
The initiative later expanded into digital mental health resources and received recognition from Facebook for its community impact and innovation. Today, Hope Revival remains the foundation of Hina’s commitment to mental health advocacy, education, and emotional support.
